Angelina Oriental Bio
Angelina started Oriental dancing in the Prem Shakti academy where she became a master in performing and teaching. Worked as a teacher in the same academy later. Appeared in many Oriental dancing and bellydancing shows, DVD's and had countless tv appearances all over Latin America.
Angelina Oriental Dance won honor mention in "AHLAN WA SAHLAN" World championships of oriental dance in group category.(Cairo,Egypt. 2008). She was the central dancer as well the choreographer of the winning performance. Later that year she won in HATOR the Latin American Oriental Dancing championships in solo performance, were the the main jury that year was Madame Raquia Hassan. The next year she returned to Cairo as the Latin American Champion presenting by Dr.Mo Gedawi in the Closing Gala of AHLAN WA SAHLAN 2009, also that year she represented her country Colombia in the competitions.
On october 2009 she moved to Paris, were she was mainly performing in the Netherlands, Belgium and teaching in France. On March 14 of the year 2010 Angelina OrientalDance became Champion of the BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemborg) championships when the international jury pointed her out as the best after 3 solo performances. nowadays she is living in A Coruña (North of Spain) were she is working in her own dance project.
